A machine for receiving and dosing peeled potatoes. They are delivered to the top of the dosing hopper via a pumping system that manages the de-watering. A screw then outfeeds the potatoes, with the first potatoes to reach the hopper being the first to be fed out. A special sealed structure makes the dosing hopper fully watertight. This means that peeled potatoes can be kept under water in the hopper without difficulty.
