At the end of the first phase of Tummers Food Processing Solutions’ (FPS) new building project, the Expedition and Engineering Departments were transformed into a modern Engineering Department with all the necessary conveniences. After we moved our Research and Development Department to here, space also became free for our new Tummers Support Group.

Being a machine building company that strives for continuous improvement, Tummers Food Processing Solutions recently took a closer look at their sorting processes. This critical view resulted in an improved spreading machine that improves efficiency. The specially shaped rollers of this “Delta” Roller Spreader ensure a higher return and extended maintenance intervals.

For Tummers Food Processing Solutions, the 20th edition of INTERPOM was accompanied by many uncertainties. However, as we consider personal customer contact very important, we still decided to join with a smaller team than usual. Just like the rest of the exhibitors, we did not know what to expect beforehand. Eventually the spectators turned out to visit our stand in numbers, so we are full of praise about our participation!

From the 28th to the 30th of November, visitors of the potato trade show INTERPOM can marvel themselves at stand 184. Over here, the international machine building company Tummers Food Processing Solutions exhibits with a completely new stand and two of their most recent innovations!

Many Tummers products are unique to the food processing sector and show exactly what we stand for: enabling our customers to process as safely, quickly and sustainably as possible. The blog series “Tummers Exclusives” this time paints the story behind our patented ZicZac Brusher, which is a sustainable solution for an excellent peeling result.

The works in the Tummers construction project are making progress every day! This fourth construction update describes which developments take place at the end of phase 1: the commissioning of our new workshop.

Last week, the new chairman of the Dutch trade association for technology (FME) Theo Henrar visited the Tummers Group. Our management then provided a tour that really amazed our guest: “What a magnificent manufacturing company!”, was his first response.

From June 9 to June 11, Tummers Food Processing Solutions is participating for the first time in the CFIA Expo in France. On this expo, Sales Managers Barry Moeleker and Ronald Dekker will be happy to show visitors what Tummers can do for the French potato and vegetable processing industry. They will be ready in hall 3 at stand B19 to answer everyone’s questions.
